I’m Wayne, a licensed builder and building inspector who has called Sydney’s Inner West home for many years. I started Inner West Building Inspections because I kept seeing buyers paying millions for properties they knew almost nothing about — guided by reports written to protect the inspector, not the buyer.
I wanted to offer something different. Every inspection I do is thorough and honest, followed up with a personal phone call. I take the time to explain what I found, what it means, and what you should do about it.
