No. The price quoted is what you pay, including GST. No call-out fees, travel fees within greater Sydney, or report delivery fees. If your property is unusually complex, we will tell you upfront.

In NSW, building and pest inspections are the buyer’s responsibility, conducted before exchange of contracts. Identifying defects before purchase can save tens of thousands in repairs or give you negotiating leverage.

We have built the electrical inspection into our package rather than charging a large premium. A single missed electrical fault can result in a $10,000–$20,000 rewire. For $95 more than building + pest, it is the best value in Sydney.
