Building, Pest & Electrical Inspection

Our flagship package — the only pre-purchase inspection in Sydney that includes a full electrical inspection as standard. Faulty wiring can cost $10,000–$20,000 to rectify. We make sure you know before you sign.

Wayne uses thermal imaging, a moisture meter, and a borescope to detect hidden defects invisible to the naked eye. Every accessible area is inspected: roof exterior and interior, subfloor, all internal rooms, external walls, and outbuildings.

Dilapidation Report

If your neighbour is about to start construction, a dilapidation report protects you legally by documenting your property’s existing condition before work begins. Without one, proving neighbouring works caused damage is nearly impossible.
